Returns + Exchanges

We understand that things can change, so we are happy to offer full replacement of items if you wish.

Just return the item(s) to us within 7 days of you receiving them and we will happily exchange the purchase. If you are unsure what you would like, we can provide you with a store credit that is valid for 12 months. Once the item gets back to us we will assess your complaint, and issue the store credit minus the original shipping charge and any return or collection costs. 

So that we can collect it, the product needs to be disassembled and repackaged. Returns will only be accepted when an item is returned to us new and unused and in its original packaging.

Floorstock items are purchased "as is where is" and at the buyers discretion, images of the specific items are available at request. These items are often assembled and don't always travel well. We will endeavour to wrap/pack these items to the best of our ability prior to dispatch. Final delivery condition is at buyers risk.

We are unable to exchange or return any SALE and FLOORSTOCK items and we are unable to offer a cash refund. 

Payment

Orders are considered final once full payment has been received by Stacks Furniture. Payment can be made with Visa/Mastercard through our website, by PoliPay bank transfer facility through our website or by PartPay. These options are all available at our checkout.

Accuracy

We go to great lengths to ensure all information and product information on our website is accurate. However some slight variances in stock and colour can occur – if you have any concerns about this then please just get in touch.
