Returns & Exchanges
We understand that things can change, so we are happy to offer full replacement of items if you wish.
Just return the item(s) to us within 7 days of you receiving them and we will happily exchange purchase. If you are unsure what you would like, we can provide you with a store credit that is valid for 12 months. Returns will only be accepted when an item is returned to us new and unused and with all original packaging.
We are unable to exchange or return any SALE items and we are unable to offer a cash refund.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or faulty – please let us know straight away (within 14 days). We can then arrange to have the item uplifted from you and organise a replacement or full refund.
Orders are considered final once full payment has been received by Stacks Furniture. Payment can be made with Visa/Mastercard through our website, by PoliPay bank transfer facility through our website or by PartPay. These options are all available at our checkout.
We go to great lengths to ensure all information and product information on our website is accurate. However some slight variances in colour can occur – if you have any concerns about this then please just get in touch.
