Shipping + Pickups



Pickups from our Newtown store are available. If you would like to pick up your item, please pay the appropriate shipping at checkout and make a note on your online order that you wish to collect. Once this has been arranged and a suitable date for collection agreed on, we will refund the shipping amount to you.

We recommend organising appropriate transport and help to keep your items safe during travel if you are picking up from the showroom. Please note any damage incurred during your own transport to home is at your own risk.

Any orders over 80kgs will be assessed for shipping costs on an individual basis.

We reserve the right to deem whether an address is considered rural or remote after consulting with our freight companies. We endeavour to do our best and organise delivery for the day specified but sometimes this is beyond our control especially outside of main centres. 

Please note: When signing off the measurements on your custom sofa spec drawing you are confirming the size and configuration, plus that there is sufficient delivery access into the home and space. 

It is important that you inspect your order on delivery, if you are not entirely happy with the condition then please let our delivery partner know.

Couriers to main New Zealand towns and cities will usually be delivered 2-3 working days after your order has been received. Rural couriers can take up to 7 working days. Furniture deliveries will generally take 7-10 days depending on your location. If you have a specific timeframe please let us know. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

We are unable to send to PO Boxes.


Items are purchased "as is where is" and at the buyers discretion, images of the specific items are available at request. These items are often assembled and don't always travel well. We will endeavour to wrap/pack these items to the best of our ability prior to dispatch. Final delivery condition is at buyers risk.

All new tables will be sent unassembled to ensure that there is no damage upon delivery. They come with all of the necessary tools and fixtures to easily assemble. 

Not all items are stored onsite, please allow for sufficient time for these to be ordered from our manufacturers or storage spaces. 

Order Processing 

All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within one working day of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our office hours of 9.00-5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday. Please note the above information regarding possible delays with our shipping partners.
