An Important Shipping Update!
In the world of textiles and importing our business is at the mercy of sea freight. This means that recent events such as ongoing port congestions and unprecedented increased in demand have all contributed to the global freight logistics industry experiencing delays.
In addition to this, we are not also facing issues with the severe COVID-19 Delta outbreak in India, Vietnam and now China again. This is affecting not only our textile production, but it has had a flow-on effect for the rest of the world as India Vietnam and China are essential producers of raw material as well as finished goods.
We are working closely with every part of our supply chain to try and minimise disruptions. Whilst we understand these are not normal circumstances, we will always push for best possible solutions during these unprecedented times. We ask that you bear with us, and hop you find comfort in knowing that we are otherwise running our business as usual, with strict COVID -19 restrictions in place.
If you are Wellington based and would rather opt to pick up your items from our Newtown Showroom please call us on 04 389 9199 or send us a message before you purchase online so we can waiver the shipping fee and organise your items to arrive in store.
We recommend organising appropriate transport and help to keep your items safe during travel if you are picking up from the showroom. Please note any damage incurred during your own transport to home is at your own risk.

Furniture: 10-19.99kg North Island $95

Any orders over 80kgs will be assessed for shipping costs on an individual basis.
*Please note that these rates exclude rural or remote addresses. If you provide us with a rural or remote address you will be contacted with a delivery quote after placing your order. We reserve the right to deem whether an address is considered rural or remote after consulting with our freight companies. We endeavour to do our best and organise delivery for the day specified but sometimes this is beyond our control especially outside of main centres.
Couriers to main New Zealand towns and cities will usually be delivered 2-3 working days after your order has been received. Rural couriers can take up to 7 working days. Furniture deliveries will generally take 7-10 days depending on your location. If you have a specific timeframe please let us know. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
We are unable to send to PO Boxes.
Items are purchased "as is where is" and at the buyers discretion, images of the specific items are available at request. These items are often assembled and don't always travel well. We will endeavour to wrap/pack these items to the best of our ability prior to dispatch. Final delivery condition is at buyers risk.
All tables will be sent unassembled to ensure that there is no damage upon delivery. They come with all of the necessary tools and fixtures to easily assemble.
Not all items are stored onsite, please allow for sufficient time for these to be ordered from our manufacturers or storage spaces.
All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within one working day of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our office hours of 9.30-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
If you have placed your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday. Please note the above information regarding possible delays with our shipping partners.
