COVID-19 Delivery Protocol

As a result of COVID-19 our online and physical stores will cease to dispatch any orders until the New Zealand Government lockdown is lifted. 

We are still actively working behind the scenes remotely to order and organise your delivery as soon as the situation allows. As much as possible we are endeavouring to ensure all of our stock levels and availability is correct, but as you can appreciate at such an unprecedented time there is possibility for some variances – we will contact you as soon as possible regarding your order availability.

THESE RATES EXCLUDE RURAL DELIVERIES AND REMOTE ADDRESSES – a quote will be obtained for these deliveries at our discretion.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned but of course all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act relating to faulty items will happily be met.

We have endeavoured to maintain the accuracy of stock levels and due-dates (for pre-orders) on our website.

In the unlikely event that an item is sold but is not available the purchaser will be notified immediately and a full refund will be given.

In the unlikely event that an item is pre-ordered and the due date of the item is extended, the purchaser will be notified of the delay immediately.

Please keep in mind that we endeavour to ship and arrange delivery as soon as possible, however this could be subject to change and we will contact you with any dispatch delays.
